Senior Digital Marketing Manager
About the Role
Helping Hands is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead our paid media strategy and execution. This role is central to driving digital growth through performance marketing, with a focus on PPC, display, and paid social. You’ll work closely with internal teams and agency partners to deliver integrated campaigns that support our business goals.
This is a hybrid role with 50% of your time to be spent working from our Support Office in Alcester.
Key Responsibilities
- Paid Media Strategy: Develop and manage data-driven campaigns across Google, Microsoft, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms. Set clear performance targets and oversee agency delivery.
- CRO & UX Collaboration: Work with UX and web teams to optimise landing pages and improve conversion rates.
- Campaign Management: Coordinate cross-channel campaigns with content, SEO, and social teams to ensure consistent messaging.
- Analytics & Attribution: Own performance dashboards and refine attribution models to guide budget decisions.
- Team Leadership: Support and develop team members, including a Paid Media Executive and Social Media Manager.
- Compliance & Process: Ensure all campaigns comply with GDPR and sector-specific advertising standards.
- Budget Management: Manage the paid media budget and reallocate spend based on performance insights.
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- Strong experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Proven ability to lead agencies and deliver high-performing campaigns.
- Solid understanding of CRO and UX principles.
- Ability to communicate performance insights clearly to senior stakeholders.
- Collaborative leadership style with a focus on continuous improvement.
Desirable:
- Experience with AI-driven marketing tools.
- Project management certification (e.g., Prince2, AgilePM).
- Background in regulated sectors such as healthcare or financial services.
