New Branches Marketing Lead

We have over 150 branches across England and Wales as well as our Support Office in Alcester, Warwickshire. We’re now looking for a New Branches Marketing Lead to join our team in Alcester.
This is a rare and exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of growth in one of the UK’s most trusted home care providers. In this pivotal role, you will lead the go-to-market strategy for each new branch, collaborating closely with central marketing, regional teams, and local stakeholders to drive awareness, engagement, and ultimately new customer acquisition.
Salary : £59,720 per year
This role is a fixed term contract for 6 months
Main Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of the Helping Hands new branch marketing strategy, lead and organise a team of marketers and collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to best support the new branch managers, ensuring visibility.
- Develop a robust branch marketing plan helping branches deliver customer objectives, drive local leads, meetings and improve reputation at a local level.
- Driving awareness with key target audiences using a mixture of ‘launch’ collateral and overall proposition collateral
- Localising and flawlessly executing national and centrally produced campaign creative and key messages
- Leveraging owned channels to extend the footprint of paid campaigns and media
- Ensure all the relevant stakeholders are frequently communicated with and taken on the journey for marketing support
About You
We're looking for a highly experienced marketing professional with at least five years of expertise, ideally in B2B marketing or marketing operations. A strong background in local branch or retail marketing is essential, along with exceptional creativity and communication skills. Success in this role requires a proactive, solution-focused mindset and an analytical approach to monitoring, measuring, and interpreting data-driven insights.
Demonstrated project and budget management skills are desirable, as is the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. A bachelor's degree in marketing, CIM/IDM qualifications, or relevant marketing experience would be advantageous.
