What You’ll Be Doing
As a Care Coordinator, you’ll play a central role in the smooth running of your local branch. Your responsibilities will include:

• Scheduling and managing care visits to ensure excellent service

• Supporting our carers with supervision, mentoring and field visits

• Keeping care plans up to date in line with customers’ evolving needs

• Assisting with recruitment and onboarding of new care staff

• Helping grow the business by seeking new care opportunities

• Working closely with the Care Manager to ensure regulatory compliance

What We’re Looking For

• Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care (or willingness to work towards it)

• Experience in a care or support role at supervisory level

• Knowledge of CQC or CIW standards and best practices

• Strong organisational and communication skills

• A full UK driving licence and your own car
