We have over 150 branches across England and Wales as well as our Support Office in Alcester, Warwickshire. We’re now looking for a Senior Local Marketing Lead to join our team in Alcester.

This is a rare and exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of growth in one of the UK’s most trusted home care providers. In this pivotal role, you will lead the local marketing efforts, working with and supporting Local Marketing Business Partners (LMBPs) to develop and flawlessly execute local marketing plans. You will closely monitor the impact of all activity to understand what delivers the biggest impact for our customers and collaborate closely with LMBPs, central marketing, regional teams, and local stakeholders to drive awareness, engagement and full funnel growth.

 

Salary : £60,907 per year 

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the branch marketing strategy and develop robust branch marketing plans
  • Identify where branches are not getting enough business. Design and communicate effective marketing plans and activities to meet the need.
  • Work closely with the branch network, central marketing and digital channel leads and external suppliers to support branches.
  • Produce collateral that works at a local level to help the branch network to articulate our propositions and the impact in our communities and with our customers.
  • Visiting branches is important to get close to the branch team and help with driving awareness and community outreach in key local areas
  • Respond quickly to business insights, commercial requests & prioritise accordingly. Devising right-sized marketing support in line with branch strategy

 

About You

We are seeking a highly experienced marketing professional with at least 8 years of proven success, ideally within B2B or marketing operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in local branch or retail marketing, exceptional stakeholder management, and excellent communication skills. A data-driven mindset is essential, with the ability to monitor, measure, and interpret campaign performance to deliver actionable insights. Project and budget management experience is desirable, along with the ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. A degree in marketing or a related field, or relevant marketing accreditations, would be a plus.
