Your Role

As Registered Care Manager, you’ll take full ownership of the Esher branch, ensuring it grows into a trusted, high-performing service in the local community.

You will:

  • Recruit, develop, and inspire your own team of care professionals
  • Register with CQC and maintain full compliance from the outset
  • Build strong relationships with clients, families, and local partners
  • Drive business growth and increase care hours
  • Manage operational performance, quality, and financial targets
  • Establish a positive, people-focused culture

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on building something from the ground up.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven management experience within a regulated sector (care, healthcare, housing, education, or similar)
  • Experience or understanding of CQC standards (desirable but not essential)
  • Level 5 Leadership in Health & Social Care (or working towards)
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • A passion for delivering person-centred care
