Assistant Compliance Business Partner - Regional

An exciting new opportunity for someone with experience in the world of compliance and quality assurance, this role is the ideal stepping stone into a a more senior regional position. 

Helping Hands are one of the UK's leading providers of home based care and central to our ethos as a business is the quality of the service we provide. The role of Assistant Compliance Business Partner is crucial in ensuring the success of our North region.

Main responsibilities:

  • To support the regional compliance function in line with the strategic compliance plan and ensure there is a compliance driven culture across the region/area aligned to the CQC requirements
  • Provide expert guidance and direction where required to the regional team in relation to quality and compliance
  • Drive the compliance agenda as set by the Regional Compliance Business Partner across the region/area
  • To support the regional teams in the completion of internal compliance audits that improves the quality and compliance of every branch and live-in service whilst identifying areas for improvement and ensuring the branches complete their actions plans when issued as directed by the Regional Compliance Business Partner
  • To initiate, prioritise and manage a process for reviewing branches and live-in service that are underperforming within compliance and report any findings to the Regional Compliance Business Partner
  • Ensure “Best Practice” is shared throughout the region to improve and exceed overall quality, compliance and service standards
  • To support the Compliance Director and Regional Compliance Business Partner in the continual development of the Helping Hands brand

To be successful in this role you will be self motivated and will be passionate about person centered care. You will ideally have previous experience of compliance within the healthcare sector.
