Specific Hours: 5 days out of 7 normally. To include early mornings, evenings and some weekend work.
We are looking to recruit a Senior Care Assistant who is ready for the next step in their Career. As a Care and Training Practitioner with Helping Hands you will support in training the next generation of Care Assistants in providing the best possible support to our Customers.
You will be involved from the moment a carer comes in for their first interview, right the way through their journey with Helping Hands. You will offer coaching and support to new carers while assisting the office team with recruitment, compliance and customer reviews.

Currently this position is salaried for twenty hours a week, with care hours and taking part in an on call rota on top of this. There is potential for this to become a full time position as the branch grows.
Must be over 18 with full driving license and access to own vehicle.
