Branch Manager

Joining Helping Hands as a Care Manager will mean that you have the backing of a well established and stable brand that also allows you the flexibility to lead and manage your office in your own style. New Care Managers at Helping Hands are given a full induction from our dedicated new branch team and ongoing support with recruitment, business development, compliance, and anything you need to make your branch a success. While previous experience as a Care Manager would be beneficial, we are also open to applications from individuals outside of the care sector who share our passion and dedication for supporting others.

Key responsibilities:

  • Opening a new domiciliary care service
  • Supporting customers and their families through the process of setting up a care package
  • Writing support plans
  • Managing and leading the branch team
  • Business development and growth in line with the business plan
  • Recruitment and retention of staff
  • Maintaining compliance with CQC
  • Monitoring the branch P&L in line with budget
