Specific Hours: 30 per week pro rata 8.30am – 5.30pm, 5 out of 7 days and will require occasional weekend working.
At Helping Hands, our Carers are our most important asset and hiring the best talent in the business is what has enabled us to grow into the successful company that we are today. This is a brand-new opportunity to support our North region with the recruitment of hourly visiting Carers.
Working closely with the Area Care Manager, HR Business partner and branch colleagues you will screen applicants and manage candidates through the whole of the recruitment process. This will also include arranging and conducting Carer assessment and selection days.
Who you are:
We are ideally looking for someone with previous experience in recruitment and someone who is comfortable with recruitment IT systems. You will need to be highly organised and able to work at a fast pace without compromising attention to detail.
