We are looking to recruit a Senior Care Assistant who is ready for the next step in their Career. As a Care and Training Practitioner with Helping Hands you will support in training the next generation of Care Assistants in providing the best possible support to our Customers.
You will be involved from the moment a carer comes in for their first interview, right the way through their journey with Helping Hands. You will offer coaching and support to new carers while assisting the office team with recruitment, compliance and customer reviews.

Candidates to have experience in Rota Management / Compliance and staff training and be prepared to work the entire North Norfolk Region
Must have a RTW in the UK and be over 18yrs of age
Must have access to a vehicle and a UK driving license
Permanent role with guaranteed 20 hrs per week and able to work additional care calls
Must be available to work "on call at least once a month
