We are looking to recruit a Senior Care Assistant who is ready for the next step in their Career. As a Care and Training Practitioner with Helping Hands you will support in training the next generation of Care Assistants in providing the best possible support to our Customers.
You will be involved from the moment a carer comes in for their first interview, right the way through their journey with Helping Hands. You will offer coaching and support to new carers while assisting the office team with recruitment, compliance and customer reviews.

20 hours per week which will be within the office role at the Clevedon Branch, this will be providing support to the carers with performing Direct Observations, Auditing Care plans and running assessment days for the new care staff joining the team. You will be required to support within the oncall role once month for out of office hours and will be required with covering care calls at times.
Full training will be given for this role and will be working alongside another Care Training Practitioner.
